Requirements
Primary Job Responsibilities
• Design, install and operate portable sound systems including line-array, point-source
etc.
• Design, install and operate microphone and stage monitoring systems
• Design, install and operate analog and digital communications systems including wired
and wireless
• Maintain the inventory of audio production equipment including preventative
maintenance and periodic inspection
Necessary Skills/Job Requirements
• Computer literacy in Windows and Mac OS including MS Office Suite and rental
operations software such as Flex Rental Solutions, Rational Acoustics SMAART, Nexo NS1, Multi-Track Recording Software and Audio Playback Software
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary
• Strong customer service aptitude with a focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
• The ability to work without supervision to achieve company goals as dictated by the
Company President and Director of Production
• The ability to lift items upwards of 50 lb. and perform various physical tasks as necessary
including climbing ladders, using power tools, painting, cleaning and construction
• A clean driving record and the ability to operate vans, box trucks, forklifts, vehicles
towing trailers, scissor and personnel lifts etc.
• The ability to be “on-call” on nights, weekends and holidays as necessary
• The ability to travel domestically and internationally and hold a valid U.S. Passport
