About the Role

    Commercial Integrated Audio Video Company is seeking Systems Operations Assistant to work in collaboration with a team of engineers, fabricators, project managers, and programmers to achieve a successful installation, test, and closeout of each assigned project for a wide range of commercial customers. This position is in the Systems Department and consists of day-to-day operations tasks of purchasing, shipping and receiving, scheduling and assisting team members with needs in regards to installation projects.

    -Inventory control and cycle counts

    -Purchasing (for all departments)

    -Return Authorizations and repairs

    -Input technicians labor hours

    -Review and input job costing


  • Experience in Audio Visual Systems integration

  • Competency with Microsoft Office

  • Competency or experience on Dovenet Project Systems or other CRM and Quoting systems

  • High School Diploma and / or College Degree in Operations and / or Business Management is preferred but not required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills

  • Project Management Experience a plus, current platform is Teamwork Projects
